Background

I am a South African who has been living as an expat in Belgium since 2017.  During my professional life I have lived and worked in various different towns and cities throughout South Africa - a country with 11 different indigenous cultures and languages.  I also worked with many expatriates while practicing in Pretoria and Cape Town. During this time I have also been extensively involved as trainer in applied psychology, at university level as well as in a training centre I established with a colleague in 2010 (Satori Centre for Psychotherapy Training).  I also still own and manage Satori Health Centre in Garsfontein, Pretoria (South Africa), a multi-disciplinary practice in which the training centre is now incorporated.
